Michael R. Pace- President & CEO

Michael has been an innovator and leader in both game development and technology for over 30 years. He founded 2 companies prior to Pace-O-Matic, Inc., developing such products as Little Casino™, Super Duper Casino™, and Pot-O-Gold™

After a short period of retirement, he formed Gigawatt Labs to design software for Pot-O-Gold™ machines, and in 2002 changed the name to Pace-O-Matic, Inc., focusing on the skill-based redemption videogame marketplace. Michael continues to lead the industry with innovative product offerings, and is often called upon for expert testimony surrounding videogame software
Karmin J. Pace - Senior Vice President



 Karmin oversees all of the company's finances and administrative functions. She has worked for Pace-O-Matic since its inception, and keeps the company organized and on-track as well as insuring a relaxed and informal work environment.
Ron M. Carrarra - Vice President of Sales & Marketing


 Ron started his career over 40 years ago in the coin-op industry. He has served as both President and Chairman of a number of industry associations and foundations, and co-founded three industry tradeshows. Ron has conducted numerous international trade missions, and has been involved in the development and sales of over 40 of the top earning games in the industry.
